A judge who doesn't dump an obviously failing stock may be too dumb to judge.
A Judge who may be called on to decide on matters of business law including inside trading should not be trading. Does he hold interests in Big Oil? AI Tech? Social Media?
If he were a Dem the MAGATs would be screaming for him to be jailed never mind recused.
