I have been exercising my PC muscle for quite a while now. I want to know if i am doing it right. When exercising only physical thing i no is that the penis moves in flacid state or in erection state. But how do i no i am exercising it or not. *sigh i no its a stupid question. When i first started to locate, the peeing technique. I felt the base of my penis and the preanus area moving. I thought i had found it. I started exercising and since then i am doing abt 300 reps a day. But when it comes to the point of no return i try to squeeze it and i still cum. So i am wondering if i have been doing it rite or not. I put my hand beneath my scrotum and i feel the urethra mostly. But i can still move my penis significantly without tryin to hard. I can also stop while peeing but not all the times. So how do i find out where exactly is my pc muscle and know if i exercising it or not.

Get a hard on and drape a damp hand towel over your dick. Lift the towel with your dick...that is the muscle you want to work on. I can't say it helps all that much with staying power, however. I find I have a more intense orgasm. One of the side benefits I like is when masturbating you can shoot a lot farther. I don't know why I find that fun....I guess I'm just weird.

I tried that first thing but i can feel the base of my penis, everything basically from my scrotum down to my preanum is moving and my penis as well. So do i no which one. I though it was above the urethra. The problem i have is when i am about to orgasm (just before the point of no return). I will try to squeeze my pc muscle and stilll the cum will cum out and then i can carry on masturbating. Now if i do that when i am on the point of no return i can stop it for 2 secs then i cum i squeeze harder for 4-5 secs as soon as i let go i will cum. So how do i not cum and still have a orgasm known as a dry orgasm and still carry on masturbating. That's my issue with multiples. Am not squeezing it hard enough long enough or am i just doing it all wrong?

I'm pretty sure that the reason you feel movement all the way back is because the muscle is that big. It's a long serpentine one i think.

The PC muscle is most easily found between your butt hole & ball sack, when you tense that muscle you'll feel it harden if you feel in that area with a finger. Try to clench just the PC muscle, not your butt cheeks too, as it's easy to do all muscles in that area, but not so easy to do the PC muscle by itself. I found a book by Barbara Keesling http://www.ebookmall.com/ebooks/how-to-make-love-all-night-keesling-ebooks.htm this helps a lot for you to exercise that particular muscle.

Think i have been exercising the righte muscle thank god but how do i stop from cummin. I do squeeze it for 4-8 Secs but i still cum. What do i do. Thanks for all the replies and suggestions.

Get that book & it goes into LOADS of detail & different exercises.

But, very briefly, cumming & ejaculation aren't the same thing. after going through that book, I was able to cum, but to stop myself ejaculating, so I'd have all the really great feelings, but none of the mess afterwards :D After a few times of that, my gf at the time would be begging me to finish myself off as she was worn out (not such a bad thing to screw someone to so much they're worn out)

That reminds me, I'll have to dig the book out & start again.

It's just practise, same as any other muscle, you're not gonna build it up overnight, it takes many days, weeeks if not months of practise, there's no quick fix I'm sorry to say.
