PC Exercises....Do You and How?

Ok all I know we all do our kegals, right.

But who can really say they are disciplined enough to do them regularly and how do you know if you're doing them correctly?

I once had a A&P professor tell his class that the proper way to perform kegals was to imagine the vagina held a pencil and to write out the alphabet 5 times. Wonder what's on his mind...but I digress.

Recently I have been made aware of several tools designed to assist with performing kegals correctly and wanting to be the best fuck toy ever, wonder if any of you have any comments, suggestions or experience with any of the following products.

LOL, I think there is a lot of marketing in this world which works to convince us without the gadgets available we can't possibly manage. Basically those exercises require you to exercise the muscles yourself...any tool you use is only going to assist in the way that it proves to you you are doing something , perhaps, not helping intensify the muscle power. If you go to pre-natal classes (of course you are usually pregnant or accompanying someone who is), they will tell you how to do them effectively and how you can feel it is working, even while driving your car. Given I have had 2 children, am a grannie, and yet been told by those I have shared pleasure with that I am extremely tight, and I have never used any tools or done the exercises on a regular basis, I am sure you can safely bet it is another way to get your dollars out of your pocket and into another's.

I prefer to do them when I am peeing.

Get a good stream going then squeeze until the flow stops.

Hold for, six seconds then repeat again and again.

After doing this each time I peed for about a month I was able to milk my husband with no other movement on his or my part.

I agree with catalina, it is usually some gimmick to get you to part with your money.

I do them when I pee, [like furry], doing it that way lets you identify the right muscles. Then I also do them when waiting at red lights when driving or in a traffic jam. Sometimes I do them in rhythm with the music I have on while waiting in traffic. Well, It's more fun, and sometimes actually gets me aroused a little. :D
 
I was doing kegals as a child and didn't know it. I used to stop myself mid pee and wait till I couldn't stand it any longer before finishing. LOL

I've noticed I tense up all my muscles down there when I'm tense, so I kinda do them off and on all day.

I learned about them in a magazine (Cosmopolitan, I think). It said that first you need to learn how to tighten your pc muscles. Stop during peeing - that's your PC muscle. Then finish peeing. After that do that, like at the computer or watching tv, like five times a day.
 
I have done the mid -stream stop thing since I was pregnant 19 yrs ago.

When I met Andante he wanted me to improve those muscles further.

I used household candles, gripping and releasing over and over and over.

It took alot of time and effort but the improvement is very noticeable.

I never thought I would want to tighten them further, but when I needed to candles proved a good substitute, instead of paying out for expensive improvement gadgets.

Ok, that was pretty much what my suggestion was going to be. The only thing I would add is that the six seconds is just a starting point, but you should keep increasing your time if you eventually want to achieve climax. You will find the whole experiance a lot more enjoyable once you get past the point of having to do it on the toilet.

I used to "practice" at my computer in college during my HTML course holding for as long as I could, then releasing just before err... releasing. You'll find the longer and tighter you are able to flex, the closer you get.

I have more control over the tension/release action.
At the usual point where I am as tight as I think I can be, I can go further and increse the tension around his cock.

Its also helped me focus on particular pelvic muscles, so I can squeeze the top or bottom area of his cock. The middle is more difficult, the muscle structure is not designed to achieve that in an easy manner.

This is an -awesome- feeling, too!

Also, just wanted to point out... once you've gotten the hang of which muscles to use (and practicing by stopping the flow of pee is a good way) then it's recommended you not constistently interrupt the flow. It can be bad for the bladder, and sometimes lead to UTI's. Sometimes, not always.

I only point this out for those who may be prone to UTI's, as I am. Doing Kegels themselves don't cause the problem, just if the only time you do it is when you're peeing. :)

Yes Jade, as a male, I agree, there's no need to do it when you pee, it can be done anytime.

The more you do it, the stronger the muscles get and the larger the expansion of the cock throb.
