I work in the building across the street from General Dynamics(AKA Electric Boat) the maker of the Trident nuclear submarine. There is a military base behind that, and we are right on the water, as in I can throw a rock into the Atlantic from back deck of the building. When WW3 starts we're its going to be one of the first targets

I think people exaggerate expectations. Obviously, he's not in perfect health, but despite wild rumors I wouldn't hope it's critical. He's a mental case, an extreme paranoid, living under constant stress and the pandemic lockdown did a number on him seemingly. It's impossible to retain sanity or health living in the Kremlin for so long.

It's possible he suffers pain, perhaps back pain of some sort. It's rumored he long ago already have had cancer, and probably has ongoing fight with it. Apparently this last spring wasn't a good time for him, but his health seems to have changed for the better lately. And the observed behavior anomalies people fretting about, like seemingly stiff extremities or inability to sit in peace may not even necessarily be physical.
