Passions Retreat... revived **OPEN**

"The meal was great, thanks a lot." Ian said as she cleared up his dishes, he was quite full now and decided he'd head back to his room, and read up on what exactly there was to do around here, and to decide what he wanted to do today. He stood up and started out the door of the kitchen.

Beth

"Ow!" Beth said in mock pain as she rubbed her arm where Demi had playfully punched her. "Why do you have to always be punching me?" she whined, then giggled as she adroitly ducked aside a second punch.

"Oh! Yeah, I had a question. How many people work here? I mean, I've seen a few others coming and going but aside from seeing you and Ed and the boss here," she said as she tilted her head at Demi, "well... maybe we need to have some sort of staff meeting? Does everyone know Demi's the one in charge now? Oooh! Demi! If someone needs to be fired, can I do that? After being fired so many times myself, I really think I'm pretty experienced at that kind of stuff!" Now it was her turn to playfully punch her friend in the arm; she ducked away again as she did though, not ready to let Demi get a good shot in on her in return.

Demi rolled her eyes at her friend. Silly girl. Directing her attentions back to the pool boy and agreeing with her new partner (hey, she could be the silly friend and the suave business partner all in one breath, couldn't she?), Demi nodded enthusiastically.

"Yes, I think a staff meeting is fitting. Ed mentioned something about a welcoming party, so I assume that someone, somewhere at least knows that there is a new owner. He also mentioned a... well, an initiation." She tossed a glance at Beth. "So I've no idea when those two will converge, but hey, I'm game for whatever. What's going on around here, and when do we get to play?" She laughed at herself. "I mean, get to work??"

Liam watched the two. Now there were two good friends, he decided. He waited for a few moments, considering their question. It was several long moments before he spoke. "Well, I don't know when it is, but I'd imagine they'd wait for you to be sober. Then again, this is a place free from inhibitions, so they might try to get you WAY drunk first. But, you should also feel comfortable saying no to anything you don't want to do. At least, that's my thoughts on the matter."

sorry haven't posted much ^_^;

Liz was washing the vegetables that would be used for the dinner when Mac went searching for the pots and pans. She could hear a few of the dishes clatter around but he finally came back with the right sets that she would need for later. She smiled as she continued washing, but after setting them down Mac had taken over for her.

Wiping her hands dry, she was standing near him and nodded her head.

"Yes, just be careful not to bruise them." she said with a polite smile. She took the ones that had been prepared, and finding a good cutting knife she began to slice a few into smaller bits and pieces, setting them aside to be heated up. The sausages were easy to dice, the knife smoothly cutting through the meat as she set those bits aside as well.

"Thanks for helping out, I appreciate it. Dinner would take forever to get cooked if I hadn't any help." she said without looking at him, concentrating on the task at hand, lest she cut her fingers off.

"Augh shucks ma'am, I don't mind." Mack said with a smile at her. "I mean, I get to talk to a beautiful woman like you then." he added with a small smile. He wasn't sure how she'd react to his flirtation, but thought he would try just a small amount.

Lisa Sims - Checking Jamie In

Finally finding her receipt, I can see Jamie's wits return about her and a more tranquil smile replace the frantic frown of panic. As she hands me the paper, she pushes her pretty face in close to mine, almost whispering, "I don't know if I've ever felt this nervous in my life - I'm guessing it shows," but instead of trembling any more she just gives a quick wink.

Standing straight, flashing me the nicest smile I'd seen on her yet, I hand Jamie the key to her room. "Oh, I think you'll do just fine, Miss Messinger," I say encouragingly. I notice she is still standing there, even after I say this. Maybe it's a kind of nervous thing - not knowing what to do next. Again I try not to insult her by laughing - the worst thing to do to someone so "iffy" is to insult them - but, holding back my giggles, I say, "Jamie Lynn, Your room is straight down that hall and up the stairs... sorry about the wait! I do hope you'll forgive my absence - I guess I kinda dip off like that a lot around here." Reflecting on it, my eyes drift up toward my eyebrows as they curl into a question mark. "I'll try to stay closer to the front desk," I tell her, as I actively plan my escape yet again...

I loved my job, but I also loved my play-time here as well, and it made no sense to me why I should sit alone at the front desk all day when I could just dash back to it if anyone arrived. Besides what they do to me? Fire me? Sure, then they'd have to pay for my ticket off this beautiful island... and besides, I'm sure I could come up with SOME kind of arrangements with the fellows around here to let me stay around. As I think of it, I begin to absentmindedly smirk naughtily; besides, semen is full of protein - I could live off of just that if I had to, right?

Mara smiled and watched as Ian left the dinning area and then carried the tray of dishes back into the kitchen. She noticed the way Mac was with Liz and reolized that he was interested in her alot, it showed in the way he gently placed his hands on her sholders and moved her aside as he helped.

Mara tryed not to notice as she moved to the sink and washed the dishes she had brought in along with her trey, and wondered if Mac had invited her out just to be nice rather than as a date..

If that were the case which she was begining to think it was then she had made a mistake she didnt want to intrude if he liked Liz, but how to back out with out sounding like a jelious idiot or saying something stupid...

Hearing Mac flirt a little with Liz as she dryed the dishes and put them away she knew she needed to back out before it was to late. Tho she wondered if he even remembered, at the moment he had eyes only for Liz, and strangely she wasnt upset.. She liked Mac he was a good guy handsome and strong, but perhaps he wasnt for her after all.

Hey Mac.. if you dont mind about later... can i get a rain check? I am not sure how things are going to go with work and it wouldnt be fair.. maybe another time.. she said catching his attention for a moment before he left on another arend.

Mac turned to Mara, "Are you sure?" he said, "I would still like to go.." he said hesitating just a bit. "But if you are no longer interested, I understand." he said looking at the ground and then back into the small woman's eyes.

Demi nodded understandingly. She began wondering what had happened to the dear Ed, who seemed to long-since be gone. The pretty brunette started to feel uncomfortable in the silence when it was mercilessly broken by a knock at the door.
A woman entered, introducing herself as the second housekeeper. She announced that dinner would be ready in one hour and that the women should prepare themselves to be introduced to the staff and the resort guests (mostly regulars) as the new owners.

Demi thanked her, and turned to Liam to thank him as well. She kissed him on the cheek (her mind pondering the possibility that a tip of much, much greater proportions may be the norm in a place like this) and promised to catch up with him later.
Glad she'd already had a shower, Demi flopped her suitcase onto the couch and found that perfect black dress. Lo-cut on top and hi-cut on bottom, glitz and glamour all the way! She was glad it was small enough to lie flat in the suitcase and didn't have any wrinkles whatsoever. She stripped down and hollered out to find Beth. Where was that girl, and what was SHE going to wear tonight?

Mara smiled reasuring Mac that it was alright. Yes i am sure.. i'd still like to go too, but no telling how long the boss will be here this time, Guests are just starting to arrive.. things will slow down later on, but there is lots to do for all of us. she said indicating everything from laundary and housekeeping to matanance and front desk. It gave them both an out and they were still able to be friends, as well as left room for a later date if things didnt work out between him and Liz.

he nodded finally, "I suppose you are right. I would still like to get together with you some time." he said.
He gave her a final nodd and turned back to his work helping LIz. "What's next lady Liz?" he asked.

Mara nodded and went back to her work, there didnt seem to be anyone in the dinning area yet so she like Mac asked Liz what she wanted done, and made herself usefull in the kitchen. When she was finnished with what Liz needed her to do she periodicly checked the dinning area.

From time to time she would go out making her rounds and check the tables making sure they were clean and that the ash trays in the smoking area were empteyed ect.. sence she had started she knew this part of her job was the easeist and the slowest, but things would pick up soon enough.

Jamie smiled at Liz and and picked up her bags, moving off down the hall. Before moving out of sight, she turned and glanced back at the receptionist, who looked lost in thought and was grinning mischeviously. Jamie grinned and said "You know where I am if you get bored!", then headed up the stairs. She was a little surprised at herself, but ... what the hell. It was vacation, and she planned to make the most of it.

((I've started an OOC thread!! All players please go and read, and post of your continued interest. The thread has some great potential if we can get another female player or two to fill vital roles. Ed the butler has been replaced with a new player soon to post!! Thanks for sticking around guys - I think it will be worth it!!))

The words drifted through the air as I thought of all those thick cocks I've tasted while on this island, and all the patrons who have offered me money for it. "Yeah, I'll be fine," I thought to myself as I drifted in thought.

The words Jamie said finally materialized into a message, and with a distracted and delayed response I call down the hall after her, "Oh, thank you."

Smiling at all the potential this resort has to offer, I wondered back out of my assigned post at the reception desk.

Ed, in the Control Room

Ed sat back in his chair at the main console in the Control Room.

From there, if necessary, he could see and direct almost every aspect of life at Passions. There, he felt like the captain of the ship.

That in no way diminished his respect for Demi, since she, after all, owned the ship. But many things that had to be attended to on a day to day basis naturally fell to him, and as for the intricacies of life at Passions...Well, Demi's obvious intelligence and energy were all to the good. There would be surprises for her for a long time to come.

There had certainly been surprises aplenty for him, some five years ago, when Randall Faye had first brought him on board at Passions. Ed remembered that first day, touring the huge resort with Mr. Faye and just beginning, from the older man's descriptions, to get some idea of what Passions was really about and what went on there.

They were standing and talking together in one of the below-ground-level lounges (There were three such lounges on the property, each one beside one of the in-ground pools. Huge windows in the sides of the pools allowed the people in the lounges excellent views of everything below water level.) As Mr. Faye spoke, a girl who looked all of about 19 swam up to the window, assuming a basically upright position in mid-water, and began waving as she looked into the lounge. From the enthusiasm with which she waved, and the way that Mr. Faye left off speaking after a moment and waved back, Ed thought that the girl was probably his daughter, though he shortly learned otherwise.

Ed watched as she continued waving while two young men, seemingly coming out of nowhere, swam up behind her; one of them untying her bikini bra and removing it, while the other casually pulled the matching bottom down and then off. They then swam away.

Aside from ceasing to kick her feet for a moment, the girl had shown no sign of noticing anything other than the people in the lounge.

Mr. Faye stopped waving long enough to point to her, then make a "come here" sign, whereupon the girl also quit waving and swam for the surface. A minute later she came bounding into the lounge, no bikini or towel anywhere in evidence, pausing only long enough to greet Mr. Faye with a squeal of delight and a kiss on the cheek before she ran off again, apparently to rejoin her friends.

That had been when Ed had really started to understand just what Mr. Faye was talking about.

Ed caught himself yawning. It had been a long day already and his daydream had almost turned into another kind of dream.

He decided that he'd better send down for some coffee. There was a party to plan, and not just a party, but an initiation. For two, since Demi was serious about making Beth her partner.

It was up to Ed to make sure that it was a night that they'd remember for the rest of their lives.

Mara recived the message Ed had send requesting that some coffe be brought up to him in the Main Control room. She relayed the order to Liz asking how he liked it and made it so that Liz didnt have to stop what she was doing to get it.

Setting it on her tray she carried it up to the Control Room and said Coffe as she knocked on the door and waited for Ed to open it.

Ed had been following Mara's progress on camera from the time she'd reached the elevator. It wasn't exactly a voyeuristic thrill to watch someone on a routine errand, but if he hadn't been watching for her, ready to hit the appropriate controls, she wouldn't have been able to get into the elevator.

At the sound of her knock, he touched another button and the door into the control room unlocked as a buzzer sounded. Mara entered, looking around a little uncertainly. Ed seldom asked for anything to be brought to the Control Room itself and she certainly hadn't been up there before during the short time that she'd been on the staff.

"Oh, wonderful!" Ed exclaimed, trying to make Mara feel comfortable. "Please just bring that over here," he said, indicating a spot on the desk in front of him that was bare of papers.

Looking at the young woman in her black miniskirt and button-down blouse, Ed was starting to feel more awake already. He made it his business to meet all the new hires, but he hadn't really had the chance to speak with Mara in any great depth or get to know her beyond the kind of superficial acquaintance that was typical between co-workers who were separated by at least two levels of responsibility.

Typical, that is, except at Passions, where informality was a virtue and relationships beyond the superficial were encouraged.

He wondered just how well she understood the place where she worked. Everyone was given the rundown before they started, of course, but Ed only had to remember his own experience to know that it could take time to really sink in. Given that, and considering that the resort had been quite slow lately and also that Mara didn't even live on the premises, Ed had his doubts that she was terribly clear about what Passions offered, not just to guests, but to her.

"Thank you, Mara", he said as she set the tray down. "I'm sorry, I should have thought to ask for two coffees so that you could have joined me - I was just thinking that I really should have taken some time to get better acquainted with you."

"I do have some emergency supplies up here, though."

Ed produced a bottle of scotch and a small tumbler from a cabinet on his left.

"I'll drink the coffee, since I really do need it to wake myself up, but would you keep me company with a little scotch?"

"No need to worry about drinking on duty...If anyone complains just tell them to bring their complaint to me." He gave her a wink.

"I'd like to hear how you're doing here and what you think of the place so far."

Mara laughed softly and smiled. Your welcome, and thanks for the offer, i wouldnt mind a drink but i dont think anyone would appreceate my spilling there drinks on them, i never could handle the stuff well, but i will stay an join you for a bit. She said seeing an extra chair not far from him she sat down, and couldnt help looking at all the monaters and controls and such that Ed had to keep track of glad that her job was simple.

I like my work here so far but i am still not sure exactly what i am doing not much was said when i was hired except for the waitressing part and i have heard wispers i am not sure i beleive but no one has explained any different.

Reolizing that she was babbeling she blushed a little embarassed and smiled trying not to laugh at herself. Sorry i didnt mean to babble like that its not like me. and she waited for him to say something wondering if he was trying not to laugh at her too.

Ed realized that he'd been right. And, as the man in charge, it was ultimately his fault. It was his responsibility now to make sure she knew what Passions was about before she saw something and it made her run screaming.

"Well, your duties as a server are pretty ordinary, and pretty clear," he began. "Passions, however, isn't an ordinary resort."

"Maybe we should start with what you do know about the place. And I'd like you to tell me about the things you've heard that you find hard to believe. Some of them may be true, but some may not."

"Let's see, for openers, you are aware that Passions is a clothing-optional resort?"

I thought the clothing optional was just for the guests.., and i know were supposed to help make some of the guests fantasy's come true, but i thought it ment were supposed to help set them up with other guests who were intrested in the same things. Mara said and blushed wondering how much she didnt know, and how foolish she sounded.

Ed smiled at Mara's apparent nervousness.

He could see that he needed to explain further. It was the only fair thing to do, both for Mara and for Passions itself.

"Well, 'clothing-optional' for staff is more complicated than for guests. For example, the law mandates hair restraints when you're handling food. And, although I don't think the law requires an apron when you're frying bacon...Ouch!"

"But it is true, within the boundaries imposed by safety, legality and courtesy, the staff as well as the guests here at Passions are allowed to wear, or not wear, whatever they wish."

"If you haven't seen any nudity yet, I guarantee you will before too long, and you need to work out how you feel about that in your own mind."

Suddenly, Ed had a thought that almost made him blanch.

"Come to think of it...Were you planning on coming to the party to welcome Demi and Beth tonight?"

Beth

It had only taken Beth a few moments, but the shower really seemed to revitalize her. The long plane ride and the shock of finding out what kind of place her friend now owned had thrown her a little off her game, but now, with the grime of the trip washed away, she felt back to her old self. For the first time, really, since she'd lost her last job. She peered into the mirror, noting with satisfaction that her blonde roots had not quite started to show; she enjoyed having pink hair and the attention it gathered.

After she dried herself, she turned to her suitcase on the counter and sifted through it... what to wear, what to wear... ah HA! That was it! She thought for a moment, and then decided to go a little crazy; no panties for the party tonight! She slid into the dress, threw on some fresh makeup (the dark eyeshadow made her look a little goth, but that was the point, right?), and then heard Demi calling for her from the main room of the suite. Beth closed her suitcase and bounded out of the bathroom.

"Yeah, yeah... I'm here, girl! Just getting ready for the... ha! Nice dress!"

Beth and Demi often shared the same taste in clothes. This wasn't the first time it had happened.

They'd both bought and chosen to wear the same black dress.

"Ummmm... maybe we can say this is the new uniform?" she said with a giggle.
