A partners number is actually very easy to determine - all you have to do is when you're in person, bring into the conversation something along the lines of "ughhhh I couldn't be with someone that had (xxxxx number)" and then tentatively watch for their reaction. You'll know immediately whether it is around that mark or not. Also you can usually guess by race - white women generally have higher numbers than women of colour so you can use that as a rule of thumb normally.
