Parental Consent

another decent thread ruined

by the tit for tat arguing between LindsayRae and Fantasies_only.
Why don't the two of you just put each other on 'ignore' ?

A few words about swing clubs from someone that belongs to a few...
1) What is allowed at a swing club is most often determined by state law. Not every state is the same.
2) The minimum age at nearly all swing clubs is 21 because that is the legal age to drink in all 50 states. I say "nearly all" because I don't know every club. I've never seen nor heard of one that allowed any one in under 21.
3) For every brick and mortar swing club, there are probably 10 - 20 clubs that meet at hotels or are hosted at someone's house.
4) There are "on premise" clubs out there. Not my state, but a state near where I live allows sex to occur at the club, but they are not permitted an alcohol license. You have to bring your own.

Before you make assumptions, do a little research.
www.gentlenibbles.com is a good site geared toward couples just getting into swinging. A Google search on "swing clubs" will give you thousands of examples. Just browse their websites and read their rules. I'm sure you can find one that will fit whatever parameters your story requires.

My apologies if I upset you. A "swinger's club" where a "twenty-one year old kid needs his parents' permission to come and jack off in the corner" never sounded like a decent story idea to me.

I said 18 years old can watch, a 21 year old can participate if not with family.

Policies might have changed for swingers (it is legal for an 18 year old student to be in a bar on campus, and can order a drink if consented by parents and supervised by parent or legal guardian), but reading stuff on the Internet told a different story.
