One of my biggest fantasies and fetish’s is a woman in pantyhose or stockings. My wife used to dress sexy for me but hasn’t in about 15 yrs now. I can't say that I am overly fond of them and in this area, you rarely see pantyhose or stockings unless perhaps it's an elderly woman. Bare legs are the norm. Perhaps tights in winter.

I'm a dancer so have worn countless pairs of tights over the years. I don't mind those at all and unlike pantyhose, they actually seem to fit. I haven't had a well fitting pair of pantyhose since the 80's. I used to wear Round The Clock by Givenchy. Not only did they fit like a dream but one pair well cared for could last me a year. Yes, they were expensive but worth it.

Now if I try to wear pantyhose, one of two things happens. Either the crotch hangs down around my knees, or if I go up a size, the top of them comes up so high that I could wear them as a standalone garment. As in the top will come up far past my boobs. And they tend not to stay up. I remember being in the toilet paper aisle of a store some years ago and as I reached for a package, my pantyhose swooped right down around my ankles. I merely smiled at the guy next to me. He smiled back. Then I pulled up the hose as best I could and walked weirdly down the aisle, while attempting to clamp a hand on my dress and the hose beneath so it didn't happen again.

My favorite tights would probably not appeal to you. They were a sweater knit. I had three pairs. Off white, red and black. I mostly wore the black ones with a form fitting black sweater knit skirt and a long sleeved pullover sweater with a print of royal blue stars and moons on it. I wore some ankle high black suede boots with that. Perfect outfit for a cold winter day. Made me feel all warm and cuddly.

Funny thing is, I didn't even pick that outfit out. A coworker brought it to me (we worked at a store) and told me she could picture me in that outfit. It wasn't even something I would have picked for myself but I loved it after I got it and I got tons of compliments on it.

Probably my least favorite stockings of all time would be fishnet. Yeah, they look good but they kill the feet. Take them off and you are left with criss crossing red marks on the bottoms of your feet, just short of bleeding.
 
They don’t get worn much here in the south but when I see them my mind goes on vacation haha. The knit tights and sweater dress will always be a favorite as it was the outfit that first got my fetish started.

Yes, I can think of nothing better than a woman in nylons or pantyhose and a business skirt and blouse. My wife still dresses that way some of the time

I often wear all of the above as part of my professional - and personal - style. Hosiery is definitely called for in the context of vintage or glamour style. I also appreciate the finishing, or masking, look on my legs, which are never model perfect. Sorry boys ;)
