Yeah. I loved it over the years when mini skirts were in fashion. I remember them in the '70's and more recently. Back in my younger days of the 70's, we had it figured out that if you were about 6-7 steps behind a girl going up in front of you in a mini, it was optimum. A few seemed to delight in swaying a little and leaning forward a tad if they knew you were back there. Ahhh those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end.

Interesting question... I think it would be sexier to know they're doing it deliberately. For a start, I'd always feel better about a situation where a woman is enjoying what's happening rather than one in which she might be upset or embarassed if she knew. But also, I love the idea of the playful, knowing tease... the deliberate attempt to catch my attention and turn me on. That's much sexier than just an accidental flash.
