Pain for Petite

I'm a very petite female, 5'1'' and about 105 lbs, and when I have sex... it's painful, like I'm too small inside. Is there a way to like stretch it or something so its not so painful?

how long/diverse of a sexual history do you have?

there's SOME proportion between body and vaginal size but it's not the only indicator... small women can be cavernous and vice versa. to an extent, you loosen up with experience and time.

in the mean time, be sure to engage in LOTS of fun foreplay... use lots of lube (add man-made if there's not enough natural kind) and just be patient.

it also depends on what's going inside as well: it's possible that something's bumping into your cervix, which i believe the majority of women consider more than mildly unpleasant.

My experience with pain during sex is that when I EXPECTED to feel pain (and I felt a lot of it with my ex), I wasn't disappointed.

Just take your time and maybe ask him to go slower and not as deep.

As a matter of fact my wife has the same problem. When we make love I have to go in slow and once I'm in have to stay there for a while. Once she relaxes then we can continue. It's just the starting point of it that hurts. We do a lot of foreplay to see if it will ease the pain but I think her mind is made up that it's going to hurt either way. I have just learned to be patient with it.
