I was reading the thread about sexual health, and something was mentioned that I thought deserved it's own thread.
Pain that radiates down the inside of your thighs is a landmark sign of Endometriosis. Some women say, as one poster mentioned that childbirth ended their pain.....that is great, but there is no cure for Endometriosis. You may still have it even if you do not have pain. The poster that stated childbirth ended her pain also said it took 18 months to conceive...that is also indicative of Endometriosis.
Dizzy spells, hot flashes, nausea and vomiting can all be signs of Endometriosis. There are some great websites on the topic (http://www.endocenter.org or http://www.killercramps.com are two that come to mind.....endocenter.org is the best of the two though, IMHO).
Pain like you've described is not normal. The only way to diagnose Endo is via surgery.....a laparoscopy.
Talk with your GYN's.....it's important. There are Endometriosis Specialists, and they are the Drs. that should handle any surgery for this disease. They know how to remove the disease better than anyone else. You can look at http://womenssurgerygroup.com for more information on the disease as well as surgeons that are well versed in treating it.
Good luck!
