if you're rubbing the clitoris directly, she's becoming sore. switch off to another area of attention. also, using a lighter touch will help prevent her getting sore so fast.

think of it this way. the clitoris is the single most sensitive part of the human anatomy, IIRC. you know how painful a stupid little papercut on your fingertip is? the clitoris is a lot more sensitive than your fingertip.

This may sound like a small, trivial thing, but be certain your fingernails are trimmed neatly and aren't too long, and that you haven't got any hangnails, large callouses, or other overly-rough patches on your hands.

No matter how wet someone gets, if you've got something on your fingers that's going to scrape against the vaginal walls, it's going to hurt eventually. But if it's not on your fingertips, it wouldn't be noticed so much with just external stimulation.

The skin on your hands can be a lot rougher than the skin anywhere else.

If this an internal issue, it might be one of those cases where if she expects pain, then she'll experience it. This was the case with my ex and me.

personally i also experience pain "down there" after orgasm. once i've cum i actually feel intensely sore and don't want anyone or anything touching me inside or out. sometimes i keep touching my clit cause it can feel sorta good, but for the most part i want to relax and not have any stimulation. my nipples also feel really sore and don't want any attention. just so you know she's not alone in any pain.
