I consider all consentual sex to be good and can be a path toward deeper love of self and world. I don't see sex as evil or bad, As for what other people think, I just ignore them. I don't care for what they think. If they don't like it they can stay in the hell of their own making for all I care. I has been exploring sex as spiritual practice in my art and mythography for last few years. I don't see god or gods as something out there. I see all men and women as potential gods trying to learn how to act like a proper king or queen in order to move up the evolution.

I tend to agree... I think the ultimate goal is the complete blending of anima and animus. One of the first steps toward that evolution may be a physical one. We are here in this very physical, mundane world afterall...

Morality is not determined by a book of rules nor by men that made them; it is determined by the actual nature of the (real) relationship.

I would like to learn more about tantric sex. I haven't done a lot of research into it but I know what I have seen doesn't seem credible...

And Pilgrim, I'm interested in what your art and stories are about... Would you consider sharing?

A dedication indoors, hmm? the only ones i have ever seen have been outdoor ceremonies, usually near runing water. If I were you I would take the same precautions I would take whenever friends come over to use my house as a ritual space (lots of space, nice wooden floors, less people)...I first off, remove ALL items that i have charged with power, like my stones on the windowsill, in fact just to be on the safe side, I remove anything that can absorb energy...like my plants...I do leave items up however that have been charged with protective energy...like my door guardian, or my beautiful suncatchers that no one would ever notice are protective guards. Then I go through and clean the house, top to bottom, or as close as I can (sometimes i dont have lots of time to prepare) and I use lemon water and sage to clense the space. People ask why I bother to take down my stones, or my statue of Bast, or whatever, beucase its not negative energy we work with, but the way i figure it, the less focused energy in the room(focsued, but not on the task at hand), the better things will go off...or I could just be insane...but it works for me

We really can't hold the dedication outside. It's below zero and there is snow everywhere. It's very gusty as well and I imagine even if we could find a way to secure everything, it could be hard to hear each other over the wind. We are having to make the best of it, indoors.

Most of my friends are used to my slightly eccentric way regarding my house, and as for new freinds, sometimes they need a person to explain it to them, cause they think I am being a snob...but i have been on my own since I was 16 and have always been this way about everywhere I have lived. Where as my sister (in spirit anyway) her house is an open place, people dont even have to knock, and you never know who is going to be there, or for how long, and she is ok with that, I would be driven insane...what with how often she has to clense her house because of other peoples enrgies, I wonder what the point is, cause she'll have to do it again almost before she realizes it...especially because she allows her house to be used as neutrual ground for arguements, etc...

Your sister sounds like my best friend, however I end up doing most of the cleansings when she is done allowing oddie, doddie and everybody to use her house for whatever reason. I have been out on my own with a child since I was 18..I am private by nature and since I started teaching my son (who is 13) my path..well I require even more privacy than normal. Maybe your sig line says it best for me as well..cuz I am scorpio too.

Right now, no. I have been putting my effort into my real estate investment and a real business so that some money can support my own fine art into mixing of modern art, sexuality and spirituality.

One thing I want to do is to redo Virgin Mary as a pagan goddess-priestness who got fucked by Zeus as a swan with help of angels and gives birth to lusty Jesus. I have a lot of powerful images in sketchbooks. I also have idea of doing box alters that celebrate the Greek gods archtypes as a mixed media and they all would be erotic in someway. Also, I am keep doing a series of Leda and the Swan which has been in work for since I was a teen. I would add stories too. Maybe a book Sensual Pilgrim's way?

Thought I'd start stirring the cauldron


Imbolc or Imbolg means literally 'in the belly' (of the Mother). Oimelc means 'lambs milk' and Candlemass was the Christinized version of the name...

In the womb of Mother Earth, hidden from the mundane sight but sensed by a keener vision, there are stirrings.

The seed that was planted in Her womb at Solstice is quickening and the new year grows...

A day or so ago there was a thread I posted to... I think it was called"Fuck me with a broomstick" by SilverLuna and I had mentioned that I was only riding mine Anyway, promised I would give a recipe for some green ointment... that was what it was originally called since it was made of herbs

But first I wanted to share a picture of my circle. It is a permanent one in my woods that I have put a lot of work and energy into over the last 7-8 years and have been dying to show you guys... Now that I have a digi cam I can, Yeah!

In a seperate post I'll put up the recipe and a bit of background on flying ointments...

And I also want to wish everybody a happy Imbolc celebration coming up... I know mine will be a very special one this year
