Centralia, when it's cold and rainy, well that's most of the year isn't it, I try finding someone to stay warm with or drink heavily.

PM if interested in chatting...

I'm not from your neck of the woods, but I just wanted to know...is it true that a lot of households in the PW have salmon for Thanksgiving instead of turkey--or is that a culinary urban legend?

I'd say that's a culinary urban legend as you put it. But then again, I'm one of the rare PNW'ers who don't like seafood.

I love seafood and we have ham or turkey on holidays. Never even though about salmon. So I am guessing a myth.

Btw 27m an hour north of Seattle. Prefer when it is sunny, like today was.

I am in Lynnwood which is just north of Seattle. Well my favorite activity is cuddling and of course sex when it is rainy and chilly out. Wait that's my favorite activity all year long, lol.

I'm southern Wa, Vancouver. Reading on Lit and finding a new partner to spend my days with. 43/m

Pacific Northernwestern California, where fresh Dungeness crab is often on the holiday menu.
I prefer you "... run your fingers down my spine and bring me a touch of bliss, and it sure feels nice, on a night like this ... build a fire, throw on logs and listen to it hiss... and, let it burn, burn, burn, burn... on a night like this" You get the idea, no? (a special thanks to Mr. Zimmerman, for my post)

central Willamette Valley
and this rain is getting very boring... :)
I drained our pool about a foot a month ago and it is overflowing every time it rains now...

Central Oregon - 26/f - definitely looking for fun & friends in the area! And coffee is a great way to warm up on these cold, wet days. Of course, would love someone to make them warm, wet days instead ;)

Hello there im not from Oregon but im not far either if youd like to chat let me know

m/25(26 in a week) living in the middle of Portland. Rain or shine I usually am reading or playing video games. I like salmon, but I have never heard of people substituting it for traditional holiday foods.

I'm lurking in the Seattle area, and reading something transporting while sipping hot tea.

I am Commodore Horatio Baccus, and I am the Pirate Lord of Cascadia exiled from wake and wave to wander the lonely lanes of the Portland suburbs until I can shuffle off my curse, lay claim to my family lands in the north, and turn it from unprofitable Pears to the new Washington cash crop. And what I do when its cold and wet is I smoke copious ganga while prowling the forums for submissive lady minds to corrupt.

I didn't know that Pirate Lords could be adept at farming. May the curse be short-lived and the bonny corruptibles be plenty.

No but they know people. Besides when you are cursed to wander on land lost amid your own psychological doldrums you have to take up some less than piratanical interests. Truthfully its the stinky green treasure I want.
