Married Ladies---Do you mind that your husband is now older but also out of shape?? Of course everyone ages.
Single ladies--Do you find older out of shape husbands attractive?

for example im 41 years old, 5'7" 250

i dont find myself attractive, i know im out of shape. And i certainly dont see any women wanting me for sex.

I am married, and we do have a great sex life. I just often wonder if my wife wishes on some level that i were in shape. When we were married i was 165lbs 16 yrs ago. She of course is still thin and in great shape.

Won't lie. I do prefer when my husband is in shape. Not like when he was a hardbody when we met when he was 20 (although I wouldn't complain!). I still love him when he's put on some weight, but I am definitely more aroused and wanting to pounce home when he's more toned. I try to keep myself in shape for him too

Whatever works for you.. though I would recommend losing a few pounds from a health standpoint.
