Husband owns a house near college. He rents it to a group of friends who are all male and go to that college (I'm thinking a total of 6 young studs). Hotwife also works in the college as an academic advisor who has her own private office.
I feel like a lot of stuff could happen and so many places to do it at. You got the tenants' house, the couple's house, the college, and Hotwife's office.
A scene that I thought was hot is husband coming home to not see his wife anywhere. He calls or text her up, "Hey where are you?" She says, "Oh, I'm at our tenants house, thought I'd drop in to check on my students as academic advisor." Husband gulps, his cock hard, "Ok just don't overwork yourself, babe." I also like to add in Hotwife wanting to share her bounty with her 4 best friends. I'm thinking a pool party at couple's place. A way to cheer up her friend who recently got broken up to. Maybe husband also help sway them and joins in the fun.

So how could this start off? Do they meet their landlord who brought his Hotwife? Or do they meet their academic advisor who slips in that her Husband owns that house? I think the former is better.

This has a very reverse harem feel to it and that's cool. I'd knock it down to three or four young men just for the sake of manageability. She brings her friends over for a pool party and as she introduces each young man she kisses them much to the amazement of her friends. Especially since her husband is right there. After drinks and dinner she excuses herself taking two of the men into the house and not coming back. The two remaining young men and the husband target the other women.

Could be an origin story. Couple buys a run-down investment property, spends the summer fixing it up. Turns into a bit of a money pit. Finally ready for student renters... no takers. Prospective tenants all find something wrong with it. Mainly, the rent is too high. It's a nice place and with the remodel they can't lower the rent. But if they wait too long, school will start and it could be months or a year before they get it rented out. At the last minute, the wife makes a fateful offer to four young men: 'I'll make it worth your while.'
