i've never heard of this but i assume that it's possible merely because orgasm is possible MOSTLY because of what goes on mentally/emotionally... the physical aspects of making someone climax is often peripheral.

yup.

i think the reason it works so well is that it's probably the most UNDERstimulated portion of the most sensitive area of the head of the penis. in other words, the head of your penis is constantly in contact with something throughout the day and, while it stays sensitive over time, the frenulum is LESS exposed so it tends to be MORE sensitive.
