Orange ass-clown Trump wants to take over Gaza, kill all the Palestinians

The USA is a weird kind of place, though.

That's what happens when 1/2 the population goes self destructive.

You have college students demonstrating against Israel when it defends itself, but you also have gun-fetishists who "defend themselves" by shooting at some (dark-skinned) person who knocks on the wrong door by mistake!

Crazy people and morons exist everywhere.

The USA is not unique in this sense.

No, that's the Hamas demand of Jews.

You're lying for the genocidal barbarians.
It was the Israelis who turned the Gaza Strip into a prison, blockaded them, periodically blocked shipments of food and building materials. The message was not, "We want you to quiet down." The message was, "We want you all to die."

Um, I’m a big supporter of Israel, but Netanyahu and his right wing cabal did a bit more than just "defend itself"…

😑

Side note:

The college students protesting on U.S. campuses DID make it harder (impossible) for President Biden to secure a ceasefire.

Ironic.

😑

That's what happens when you're a bunch of savages that can't act right.

The message was not, "We want you to quiet down." The message was, "We want you all to die."

Oh noes it's almost like being a bunch of genocidal Islamo-Nazis that refuse to behave comes with some consequences.

Netanyahu is definitely problematic, but only because he's trying to cling to power ahead of the state prosecutors. Since 1948 Israel has endured the onslaught of everything from knifings in markets and bus stops to hijackings to ballistic missile attacks to kidnappings to assaults by fully mobilized tank formations, artillery and aircraft. Their neighbors don't want peace. The only solution is to build buffer zones and walls and just hope that, eventually, like the warring European states eventually settled down and stopped killing each other, the moslems will tire of the death and ruin and, like the Germans in 1945 finally, looking out at the ruins they are standing in, decide to take another course.

As for the university students in the USA, protesting for peace sounds good, but if they're waving Hamas flags, they might as well be wearing swastikas and chanting "Juden raus!"

There was a third: "Stop existing." That was demanded of them before this war started.
The moslem goal is wiping Israel off the map. Oh, wait, they don't even deign to call it by the country name, they refer to it as a "Zionist Entity" as if it were some alien creature that had to be fought by jihadists in starships!

It's worked for them, so far, giving their suffering populations someone to hate, distracting from the depredations of the Ayatollahs beating women to death for improperly wearing hijabs, and the petroleum princes dismembering a journalist, and the various other generalissimos and "royal families" living large at the expense of their subjects.

But what happens if they do succeed? Most likely Iran will get a nuke some time this century. The moslems have perpetrated every atrocity from downtown Manhattan to Mumbai to Be'eri, so the chances are good they'll fire the ballistic missiles and sterilize a good chunk of the Middle East, making it judenfrei. Then they'll just have to find other scapegoats, most likely people who worship Allah differently.

Did you mean "Hamas flag" to refer to the official Hamas party flag, the green flag with the squiggly white presumably Arabic letters on it/

or did you mean the Palestine "watermelon' flag (red, white, green and black)? (It's called the 'watermelon' flag because the Israeli Knesset has banned display of that flag... online supporters of Free Palestine get around that government censorship by using the 'watermelon slice" emoji.

The reason i ask is because I just did a Google image search for "Columbia Protest Hamas Flag" and found exactly ONE Hamas flag and over 100 Palestine flags. (Columbia University is where Israel is demanding that the United States exempt First Amendment free speech protections in favor of spurious Israeli "anti-semitism" prohibitions).

I don't hold with censorship. If you want to wave a swastika or a "god hates fags" banner or a hammer-and-sickle or a "make america great again" or a "white power" or an "abortion is murder" sign, well, that's free speech. I do sympathize with the Germans, who have a history, for banning certain nazi symbols, but if it were me, I wouldn't want to ban even those.

As for the terrorists, it doesn't really make much difference the flag they wave. They could wave Egyptian or Jordanian flags, for instance, as they've been Egyptian or Jordanian citizens since partition in 1948. Or they could wave whatever terrorist rag their different factions have concocted since then.

It doesn't make any difference what symbols are used by people who fly airliners into skyscrapers or kidnap and murder toddlers, does it?

Perhaps I didn't make my question clear. As i think about it, there are several components here:
  1. If you believe israel is conducting a genocidal campaign in Gaza (and i recognize some people do not), does protesting what you believe to be genocide reach the threshold of being considered 'anti-Semitic'? (My answer is 'no')
  2. Are all Gazans to be considered members of the Hamas political party? i am aware that some people use 'Gazans' and 'Hamas' interchangeably. I believe that not Gazans are Hamas party members or supportes.
  3. Does advocating for a 'Free Palestine' or a "Two State solution' mean one is 'Anti-israel' and/or 'anti-Semitic' in your opinion? (my answer is no to both).
  4. Is displaying the Palestine flag (the so-called 'watermelon' flag) 'anti-israel' or 'anti-Semitic'? (Again, my answer is 'no' to both.)
I have a very real issue with the United States government attempt to criminalize protests against those who answered 'no' to the above four questions. To me, that represents a direct attack on one of the core values of American democracy, the right to free speech and peaceful protest.

Side note to the Usual Suspects; yes i'm aware that not all political protests are peaceful, but those should be dealt with on an individual basis and resolved in a court of law, not a blanket ban by political fiat (or 'executive order')

There are so many racist here bitching about Israel defending itself.
They still are. And Iran is still funding the fight. It’s going to be quite a while before anyone gets to decide what happens to Gaza. Or the golden heights or West Bank…..
Even after Iran is unable to fight all the haters like you are still going to have to be dealt with. All at the expense of what could be for the good of the “Palestinians”. They are considered lower class Arabs and were expelled by the rest of the Middle East. Now used as pawns in Arab Olympics. Eventually they will find some other reason to blow each other up. They have been throwing stones long before there was oil. With the Romans there was animosity toward Jews. But only because they didn’t understand one God. Outside of that they were their greatest trading partner. And the only part of culture they could not conquer.
DJT started a very valid discussion. Only it’s too soon. There is still much hate in the form of hostility that must be dealt with. More death coming to them soon. And a good start in Yemen today. FA went boom.

Genocide is a war crime, your efforts to downplay it notwithstanding.

Egypt's statement said. So almost 50 years ago now when they eradicated all the "palestinians" from Egypt that was not a flagrant violation of international law?
Funny how none of them are discussing without US Aid how their border agreements will hold up.
That's sweet part. Trump said it mainly as a joke initially. Now he can say ok, you disagree. Will it be genocide when Egypt starts killing the "palestinians" make their return because the border is open?
Its gonna be fun to watch this play out. Israel is not responsible to feed them and neither are we.

I think they're also missing the point that unless other Arab nations take in the refugees, they're all going to die.

Trump is trying to SAVE lives, not eliminate them, and the other Arab nations don't want to play along. One must wonder why.

Perhaps it's because other Arab nations hate the Palestinians more than they hate the Jews.

The other Arab nations do hate the Palestinians more than they hate the Jews. That is how they all ended up in Gaza to start with. Then they multiplied like ants.

Does anyone believe that Gaza will EVER be rebuilt while Hamas and its followers are still there?

I believe that their religion, being based on intolerance, is the root and sole cause of their evil. Modern Arab nations understand this and do what they can to reduce the damage that it causes. Unfortunately they're limited in what they can do and have to accept because if they anger the most fervent they could be facing an uprising and eventual loss of power.

Me: Are you an expert on Islam?
Hisa: No but I did spend the night at a Holiday Inn Express.

They are a radicalized population of remorseless savages who need to be caged or put down.
