Hello, I have an oral sex question. I have was born severely disabled and because of that disability i can not come and i can't have have an orgasm.

Now here is my question i have a lady friend who gives my oral sex as part of our sexual routine.

Since i can't come or orgasm when should she stop performing the oral sex?
