Good time to change the tableclothes,
and get some fresh flowers out.



Looks like Henry has been keeping
things in order,
and Alex has been getting organized.

Perhaps someone will stop by
with some news form the world outside . . .

Quietly entering the Cafe and looking around seeing if anyone is around....either tucked in a corner or in my favourite spot- the fireplace.

Shrugging the charcoal gray shawl off my shoulders and hanging it on the antique brass hook, I walk into the kitchen, smiling at the spotless place that it is.

Dropping off the list, I place a radish on the corner to let TOG know I was here...

Tomorrow's menu is as follws:

Appetizer:

Three-Cheese Fondue
Hearty bowl of Italian Vegetable Soup

Dinner Entrees:

~Mile-High Enchilada Pie

A savory blend of Monterey Jack with Jalapeno cheese, kidney beans, salsa, and corn tortillas. Each of the ingredients are layered to form a pie,

~Vegetarian Chili

A delicate balance of onion, red bell pepper, minced jalapeno pepper, garlic, crushed tomatoes, black beans, garbanzo beans,fresh corn nibblets, ground cumin, basil, chili powder, black crushed pepper, cheddar cheese

Dessert Entrees:

~ Pumpkin Custard ( taking advantage of the season)

~ Chocolate Croissant Pudding



** All dishes have been previously tested in my own kitchen ( for real) and have proven to be keepers.

***Any suggestions would be appreciated and the menu for Friday shall come out tomorrow night.

Smells great ... to be honest been keeping myself extra busy today .... I need the distraction ... family member is having an operation as we speak and I'm worried sick ...
