ooc sex-men evolution

You guys still accepting players?

If so, I'd like to have a go at this thread.

Eh, this is a comic book based thread. Or a comic book based based thread, at any rate.

Nature of the beast, I presume.

meh...i only saw a few episodes of the show...it got cancelled shortly after the Forge episode, so i barely know anything about it or the comics that spawned it, outside of it being an attempt to redesign the characters

Deadpool sound alright?

Have a vague idea for him having been hired to infiltrate the place.

Deadpool

Real Name: Wade Wilson

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 210 lbs
Eyes: Brown
Hair: None
Other Physical Features: Wade's skin is covered from head to toe with scar tissue, and littered with pocks and cracks.
* Hologuise: Deadpool has a holographic image inducer, which for this mission has been set to portray a fairly good looking, powerfully built 18 year old, with brown hair and eyes. This is likely his appearance from when he was a teenager.
Costume, Clothing: For his role as a student, Wade has adopted casual dress- generally jeans and t-shirts.

His costume when "on the job" covers every last inch of his disfigured skin. He'll often wear his "union suit" even at home, and often refers to his mask as "his face." This costume is black and red, with pouches for carrying equipment. A picture is Here.

Powers: As a result of experimental procedures, Deadpool has a high powered healing factor-capable even of regenerating lost limbs. It also deals with most drugs and toxins. His enhanced physiology also grants him superhuman strength, stamina, agility, and reflexes. His regenerative abilities also keep his brain in a constant state of flux- he is more or less immune to mental affects and renders it impossible for telepaths to read anything off of him. This is fortunate due to all the psychics running around the target he has been ordered to infiltrate. He also posseses a holographic image inducer to disguise himself, and an extremely limited teleportation device.
Other Assorted Abilities: Wilson is a highly skilled combatant, a master of several martial arts, swordplay, most weaponry, and a crack shot. His style is tremendously random, impossible to predict. He is also trained with explosives. He is fluent in several languages. Also, he often breaks the fourth wall and knows the truth of the universe: "There is a man with a typewriter..."

Deadpool is a mercenary, who's been hired to infiltrate the school, for several reasons. He's trained in covert operations. His deception can't be picked up by telepaths. And he possesses the mental maturity, or lack thereof, required to pretend to be a teenager again. (He may be overqualified in that last area.) To accomplish the job, he's outfitted with a holographic disguise, and has had the necessary records forged to establish the alternate identity of a student transferring to Bayview.

Wade Wilson is insane- the combination of terminal illness, the process that bestowed his regenerative capabilities, and later horrific tests and experiments conducted on him have unhinged his mind. Wade is an immature goof with a short attention span. He pulls pranks and is constantly cracking jokes and acting just plain odd. This manic good cheer is partly exaggerated to cover up his insecurities. He can easily swing to the other end- a viciously murderous bastard with few scruples. His voice is distinctive, sounding like he's been gargling burning glass.

Wilson's early life is largely a mystery, but he was an accomplished soldier of fortune even before his 20th bithday. Unfortunately, he develeoped a particularly malignant form of cancer. He began taking ever more dangerous jobs, in a subconscious attempt to get killed rather than die of the painful tumors. However, he was offered a cure by a secretive military organization in exchange for his services. This group was Weapon X, the ones responsible for Wolverine, though Wade's entry was several years after Logan's time with the project. The process was initially unsuccesful, resulting only in his hideous disfugurement, and he was transferred to a more horrific fate like the rest of the Weapon X Project failures.

These failures were used as lab rats, until their demise. The staff running the experiments bet on the patients in a deadpool. Wade's chances were regarded as slim, but he survived much longer than expected, earning the monniker he'd later use. Wade began acting unruly in various attempts to goad the project managers into killing him. He was finally succesful-but he didn't die. Instead, the regenerative ability kicked in. He went on several missions for Weapon X, before offing a particularly malevolent teammate and going rogue. He's been freelancing as a gun for hire since.

In combat, Wade seems to prefer up close in personal with various blades, though he's perfectly willing to use firearms.

Never mind the yellow text thing. It's unworkable.

Boom Boom

Name: Tabitha Smith
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Blue
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 105lbs
Powers: Pyrokinetic

She's a free spirit waif who views the world as her playground. However, her enthusiasm for all things fun has a darker origin, her mean-spirited alcoholic father who she lived with after her parents divorce. As a result of a neglected childhood, she doesn't give a thought to the consequences of her actions as long as it makes her happy in the moment. Plus, she secretly wants acceptance and plays to the desire of anyone who gives her positive attention.

Boom Boom has the ability to create small explosive charges. She can control the size and the delayed release of these charges.

Hi guys.

Sorry I didn't post this weekend, I got caught up in doing way too many other things.
Lushlips, I apologize to you in particular. I'm very sorry.

Did I miss anything good?

No shit. We've got three guys trying to screw the same girl... well two guys trying to screw her and the other trying to get his girlfriend to screw her...

Well, Josh asked me to write Boom Boom for him and lush. I guess my character got away from me and started chasing Lance :) So that is my fault.

I know. A mystique or another bad chick would be good with all the bad guys guys we have. Where are all the female mutant hiding? You'd think with the movie out even we would have an interest.

Hmmm, well Lances love interest is Kitty... but Mystique would work very good since she and Lance have history and he'd probably want to take charge of the situation after being her subordinate for so long...

Yes, well, our thread is definitely not inline with the normal love interest. My Rogue is getting her cherry popped by the maddox while ice man is nailing Jean. It is a free for all. I'm kind of curious how Cyclops is going to play the next meeting with Jean considering.

Considering he's fucking Ms Frost, he'll probably be fine, lol

Hey, good luck, I've tried my share of recruiting.

I think for a thread that was originally meant to be closed and openned up because I got three character requests before Lush got her post up, I think we're doing pretty well. We spawned two other X-Men threads, possibly three if you count the Brotherhood one, but I had nothing to do with him starting up. And with the X-Men Beginnings thread up and running now we have 5 active X-Men based threads up on the boards when we had zero when Lush and I started Sex-Men.

Which reminds me, I need to do some posting on other threads.

If anyone wants to see if someone is interested in playing a character over here, well, I have no problem with that. More power to ya.

No shit. We've got three guys trying to screw the same girl

Eh. Just the two. I'm more interested in getting my character into the swing of things in the thread just yet.
