the rules are simple:
- you cn join as a character from the movie or make up your own
- from 1-10 neo is a 8 strenth and skill
- races are agent, program, and human

Background: A fighter by nature Spike will do anything for the right price. He is a deadly assassin that were's an all black outfit which consists of combat boots, black pants, a sleaveless turtle neck, a pair of shades, and a cool black trenchcoat that looks like Vash the Stampedes off of Trigun. Spike never uses a gun, he always prefers to use either a sword, axe, cane, or staff.
