Okay, the idea for this one comes from about...well, eight to nine months ago, when we started a thread called Dark Isle, a supernatural thread set in the future, where werewolves and vampires have taken over. Good idea, good interest, no direction. Then we tried Dark Isle II. Same plot, but further ahead and with new characters. Again, good idea, good interest, no direction.
Alright, how about this?
Vampire Nation, the prologue, when the vampire and werewolves are not yet in control of everything. They live in the shadows of a modern civilization, creating empires of thier own, though currently, all that truly exists are scattered clans, none strong enough yet to take total control. At this point, only one, Voldred (father of Volmorth, for any Dark Isle fans or players) has voiced any true wishes to gain power, while many of the other clans wish only to survive in the shadows, feeding on mankind and otherwise allowing humans to live on.
The same rules of Bloods and Half-Bloods would apply here, though I'll revive them appropriately should this idea gain interest.
With the more familiar setting of modern day, and the presence of a more aggressive mankind, the thread should have plenty of room to grow and flow.
Any takers?
