Also, facial recognition is a thing. It is really, really good. A company called Clearview scraped the web and found a billion pictures. (NYT just did an article on them). Pimeyes did the same.
So...girl is bored and lonely after HS, taking a lockdown gap year waiting for college. Starts an onlyfans, wisely excludes people in her region. Gets little traction, gives up. Goes to college. Guy runs freshman orientation pictures through Pimeyes and gets a hit.
Surely this is going to happen within the next few years. Doesn't fit revenge porn laws, she made the videos and sold them pubicly. So how does it play out? Does she own it? Try to cover it up? Get blackmailed into making more videos?

She is fired from her job at the power plant after losing her security clearance, but escapes arrest because her county's computer system can't deal with the apostrophe in Goo's Mill Road and the police raid 173 Goose Mill Road instead.

In fact the residents of Goo's Mill Road are the only survivors after the interconnected computer systems shut down the power plants, highways, airports, ports, and Amazon home food delivery services in the name of catching John Miller Smith the world's most notorious felon.

Still a young woman, Leslie stoically looks at her future helping to repopulate a ravaged earth. The naked Goo's Mill Road block party starts at sundown tonight.

I'm with you on this, but many aren't. It seems like porn has been around so long and been so public that people would have gotten used to it, but they haven't. Sex still has the power to shock people. In California recently a woman's children were expelled from their Catholic school because Mom had an OnlyFans site. Seems all the Dads knew about it and thought it was cool but one of them made the mistake of telling HIS wife, and the shit hit the fan.

I look forward to a time when we are more forgiving and OK with public expressions of sexuality, but the continuing existence of strong taboos about sex makes storytelling easier.

I certainly don't think amateur porn is ubiquitous, but it does seem very common. The notion that you wouldn't be totally into seeing your co-worker/boss bating just doesn't seem likely. And 'corporate' would care a great deal. People have been let go because they expressed a view that 'corporate' didn't like on Facebook. Anyone coming out of college or even before that, usually scrubs Facebook or delete it altogether when seek a job in Mainstream America.

And any boss/co-worker who makes a pass at any woman usually winds up in the HR department having a talk and having to sign a first strike note that will be placed in their file.
