MJ's toy box in Melbourne is fantastic for custom, handmade floggers and other toys. Nothing on the clothing though.

JT's stockroom or Extreme Restraints. I've ordered from both of those recently and the shipping is quick and I've been happy with everything I've bought. I can't say anything about the clothing though because I haven't ventured into that yet.

Depends what you want.
Insertables and sex stuff, smittenkittenonline.com and yes, I am in biased love with the brick and mortar.
Bondage cuffs, the snuggest loveliest ever: Aslan Leather. Or Mr. S.
Reasonably priced gear, but you'll ditch it for an upgrade the minute you have more cash: JT's. It's great when you need it. There are certain concessions I personally won't make - I'll stick to fingers and condoms on a carrot before anything non-silicone goes into my hoo ha.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I bought a very nice flogger from Snake Pit Leather Works. Slave calls it her new best enemy or Boris the bastard.

It is a well make flogger the looks and is a well made flogger. I think I could have it for a 100 years and never come close to wearing it out.

It's definitely "commoner" quality, but Extreme Restraints works well enough for most of your run of the mill items. It's what me and my boyfriend use and due to our relatively mild tastes, we have yet to have problems. Although I do dislike the rope he bought from there. It's too short and mild. I'd much rather just go to the feed store to get however much of whatever I want for a fraction of the price.

Amazon seriously has 90% of the stuff other places do and at cheaper prices its kind of sad.

Amazon is always a good option. That's where I picked up a Wartenberg Pinwheel set for about half the cost as elsewhere.
