Online sex better than face to face sex? Yeah right!

Watching "The History of Porn Part4", the whole show is pushing the hype/notion that online porn/sex/masturbation is better than face to face (or rather flesh to flesh) sex. Lot's of bullshit words about "resonance", "dawn of a new sexuality", etc.

Now masturbation and online sex may better than bad sex, but I have never had sex so bad that I preferred masturbation. I have preferred masturbation to having to pay the "price" of having any kind of sex with someone I didn't like - the price being having to put up with them outside of the sexual encounter, but preferring masturbation to mediocre or good sex? Nope - don't think so.

Now for women maybe it is different as sometimes (often) they may not orgasm during sex with a man, and for some it may even be an ordeal. But for me there is no way that online or just masturbation can compare to flesh to flesh sex. It keeps me sane and it keeps me from jumping into bad relationships just because I am desparate for sex, but better than "real" sex? No way.

In order of preferance, I'd have to say:

1 - Real sex (no matter how "bad" it is)
2 - Phone sex
3 - Online sex
4 - Going solo

Question it? They were fucking strongly asserting that online sex would soon replace real sex.

One woman was saying that online sex or masturbation was the best sex she had ever had. Of course, the real clue was in that fact that she stated she had never had an orgasm until she had masturbated. These people were held up as experts. One was some kind of Phd. and he was proposing that the family had been torn asunder, etc., and that people would soon no longer have any reason to have face to face interaction with anybody else, that this enrichened everybody as it made everybody concentrate on their self, etc.

I was wondering where in the hell they found these people.

BTW, if anybody is confused, this is a series Trio is running; 11 one hour shows. As I lamented in another thread, it is interesting that they call it "uncensored", but they are censoring it left and right - beeping out words and masking anything remotely sexually explicit.
