One Kind Person?

I am checking to see if there is one kind person in the AH today upon whom I might impose.

I tried to write a Halloween Story, but I missed. I believe the judges will disqualify it on the grounds that red herring are not a Halloween decoration.

What I am looking for is someone who has the time today to read a piece of fiction entitled: The Phantom of the Rush Hour.

It is just under 4,000 words.
