The difference is quite clear.

When Recidiva, Byron in Exile and Cap'n Amatrixca are losing an argument, they start throwing around racial slurs at people to get them "riled up".

Cap'n Amatrixca even said exactly that.

The problem with much of this subforum is everyone faults the person who gets offended, not the person who hurled the fucking slur to begin with.


That's not what adults do. We adults find the person who started the racial slurs and if they don't apologize or they keep it up, give 'em a shellacking.

I think anyone who attempts murder should get long sentences - period. It's only racist if it can be demonstrated that over the course of time black (or other minority) kids are held to the strictest sentencing while white kids are shown more leniency. Of course, all cases are individual and have specific considerations to be looked at. But if OVER TIME it is shown that in general minority kids get stiffer sentences then yes, it probably is racist.

Attempted murder is something I sure wouldn't want to be too lenient with though - for anyone!
