Ok I've only written one story involving older sis/younger bro (which I'm not too proud of lol) I wanted to give it another shot.

Now most stories that involve older sis /younger bro portray the older sis as a slut and the younger bro as a "little perv" and I want some new and fresh idea. So if anyone can give me a good, sexy and yet romantic idea please let me know

Yeah, those "Perv" and "Slut" stories are SO cliche and boring.
Stay away from those.
So, what is the opposite? Try a professional woman, one with class, who has the secret yearning inside for her little brother.
And her actions under the table, or in a car, or at a darkened show belie her outward appearance.
i.e. She could be carrying on a serious business conversation at a resturant while holding her brother's cock under the table, or having his fingers up her skirt.
Make her in control of herself, of her actions, except where her little bro is concerned.
Make it at her place in the city, where he could be visiting, or checking out a college.

But, please, don't let them jump into it suddenly, like ONE kiss and they jump into bed and rip their clothes off. (Teen Daddy) Something more needs to happen, to give them a reason to wind up there. Background: bro and sis growing up together in well-to-do family. As they're both in adolesence (sis ahead of bro, obviously), parents start to become eccentric. Dad begins to lose it and checks in to a mental hospital. Fearing she won't be able to work and properly raise her son without a male presence in the house, the mother arranges for the son to be sent to boarding school.

Older sis is able to make it through high school and heads off to college on her own. Just before the son's high school graduation, word arrives that their mother has died. Sis return home rom campus to help console brother who hoped to return home to his family, but with dad locked up and mom dead, he's grown up - without ever getting to know his family as an adult.

Sis tries to help by consoling him, filling the void as housekeeper over the summer, while trying to re-establish her bond with her brother. And well, it becomes pretty generic at that point.

Too much story, huh? Just my two cents.

YOu said romantic and different, well that gave me one thought, pretty sure never been done in Literotica, I haven't read everything of course so may be wrong.

Sister and brother were always pretty close, they would help each other out whenever soemthing went wrong, she goes off to college when he starts his freshmen year of high school, she graduates and gets a job in a different state, brother gets a scholarship for something in a college in the same city as sis is now living. She let's him move in with her since the roommate she had got the two bedroom with left. She helps brother go through college, watches him have girlfriends, hears him with girlfriends, has her own boyfriends and he hears her with them. Finally he graduates and finds a job in the same city so stays with sis. A year later they both are single and go to a bar together, get a little toasty but each can't find someone, so go home together, kiss then both run to their seperate rooms. Next day they talk and figure just a bit to drunk and lonely, he finds a girlfriend a few days later, she looks, but can't find a guy who gives her sparks so stays single, the girlfriend keeps coming there and sis keeps listening to brother and girlfriend and finds herself getting hot and wishing she was with brother and not the girlfriend. Eventually brother breaks up with girlfriend and sis finally finds a guy, who looks just like brother. So now single brother gets to listen to sis with boyfriend, and finds himself getting hot listening. Sis becomes single again, and brother keeps trying to tell her, but just can't, so instead he sets up a nice romantic dinner, candles, roses, soft music, and finally finds the strength to tell sis how he feels about her, and she tells him she feels the same, but they are family and can't. He agree's so they continue on looking for boyfriends and girlfriends and just can't find one, each finding they just can't find anyone else. After a few years of trying, sis just can't fight it anymore and approaches brother, who eventually agree's.

Of course this would be a very long couple of stories at least, and I'm not even sure anyone would want to read it, since it would be at least half not sex, assuming you talked about each with a boyfriend/girlfriend or listening to the other with. Well you said romantic, and can't do romantic short

Yes I think it would take a long story since it would have to be a story which shows the development of feelings as well as sexual awareness.

This could be a very good novel in the hands of a good writer who has the feel of true, warm, human relationships.

It would, or could, be a story which I would love to read as a keeper.

All we need is a writer who has the patience to make it work, the imagination to form the story, and the vocabulary to tell it.

Emap that is a wonderful idea but it would take a lot of writing and some people might get bored when they read no sex in stories. I often hear that when I post little sex in my stories.

I had a rather good idea pointed out to me today actually Why not close off each section of the story with some listened to or experienced sex, well I suppose if your going to use that 3rd person thing you can do both, that way you get sex in each part.
