I've been looking for a multi-part series where, in the penultimate chapter, the women of 2 couples went to a lakeside cabin or holiday house, where they had lesbian fun. IIRC This takes place on saturday.
In the finale chapter on sunday, the men joined them and the women were tied to a table, tied to the small dock (?) etc.
I think there were also 2 hikers (both women) who joined the orgy (so 6 people, 4 of which were women)
This was a story that had 4 or 5 chapters, that's probably 10 years old or so.
I cannot for the life of me remember the name or find it again.
edit: it is possible that the first chapter concerns the (female) main character being tied up at work by a coworker (or I'm confusing 2 stories which is possible)
