I've found that since I turned forty a couple of years ago, I stopped worrying so much about the "how to" of sex. I have begun exploring things that I tried at a much younger age, early twenties, but this time I feel so much more self assured in what I'm doing. That leads to more pleasure for me and my partner.

Another thing I've come to realize as I've aged is that sexuality isn't just about the physical act. It has grown into a huge part of who I am and how I see myself.
