I do miss that feeling of wanting to punch that lying piece of human shit in the mouth everytime he opened it. Life was easier hating my own government then, I had a real sense of purpose as I watched him slowly dismantle the constitution promising everything to every minority for votes. I pretty much agree on everything with President Bush except abortion and the environment. Its kinda boring being so unagitated..

Now I don't like bush and I don't trust him but I would never wish physical harm on him or his family. I might call him stupid or disagree with his political views but I would never want to hurt him or his in anyway or say I wanted to hurt him.

People complain about disrespecting the presidency by calling bush ignorant, stupid, a poor speaker or whatever but this is truly disrespectful to the presidency.

What's wrong with wanting to punch someone? I want to punch lots of people... CEOs of Enron, that guy at 7-11, the guy who bullied me as a kid, perhaps a couple people in the Senate...

Why should the President be any different? I'm not actually going to punch him. Plus, he can probably take a punch.

Its wrong cause you can just feel the hate rolling off the man. I think it is sad to hate a person that much who you don't even really know and has not actually harmed you in anyway.

Some people just aren't taught the appreciation for opposing views, diversity, tolerance, or civility while growing up. Chalk it up to your having parents that took the time to make sure you were taught.
