They are no calories in ice cream. Calories freeze so if you eat it quickly enough they don't have the time to be active again so they don't count.

I soooo craved Ice Cream with my first pregnancy that I was eating almost a pint a day

Thank God with my last it was Cantaloupe......don't think my body would have survived another 9 month ice cream binge!!

Mine was frozen Peanut Butter Chocolate yogurt. Milk gave me heartburn, even in ice cream.

The versions I know are made by one of the main dairy companies in the area. Probably not the same quality but damn good just the same! Now I'm craving ice cream!
