Well using the terrorist schtick right now might be detrimental. It's pretty much his trump card so he doesn't want to overuse it or it will begin to lose it's effectiveness. Similarly, I think he can tell he doesn't seem to do so good at speechifying in general, so he's probably goingt to lay off it for the most part except for softcore stuff like telling soldiers they need a pay raise. Real hard sell there.
