What kind of oils are OK to use during sex? I'm talking about oiling things up and sliding around together.

I am extremely allergic to spermicidal creams and jellies, so I'm a little paranoid about any substance (except the obvious LOL) that enters my vagina.

(That reaction in that place is uncomfortable, and it's not OK to scratch there in public. Also not particularly erotic while it lasts - for either of us.)

I'm not looking for lubricant, particularly, but something to rub all over the body.

Any ideas? (I KNOW you all have ideas LOL)

Almond oil is nice for massage, but you might want to patch test it first. I've never tried it in the nether regions, so again, patch test.

Last time I checked Crabtree and Evelyn carries it.

oils

my wife who is 64 likes olive oil with a bit of vanilla mixed in...feels good stays slippery and tastes good too...shouldnt have any alergenic reactions...good luck...

An ex and I used this stuff we got at Spencers called Body Butter... Hypo-Allergenic, and if you work up a sweat at all... hang on!

Your post always make it clear to me that you are truly "Enjoying it" - keep it up!

Try coconut oil. Might need ot go to a health food store find it, but it's worth the extra effort.

Oils...

It goes without saying that most "oils" are not safe with latex condoms, but that isn't the only use for oils...is it?

Neutragena makes an oil that is sesame seed based and it is lovely. My partner loves the smell and it is warm and pure. Shouldn't have any reactions to this.

If you want something that's like an oil, but safe to use around condoms and toys try one of the silicone based lubricants. They do not dry up like water-based lubes AND they are 100% safe with latex. The ones we have were made in California so they should be readily available in the US. I wouldn't expect allergies from these either. One word of caution...they are very slippery and do not dry out so be careful going to the toilet, taking a shower, walking on a tile floor etc. They clean up with soap and water, but until then they are slick.
