Oh Que!

I took a week off... except I am making a website, designing flyers, and doing some research on a pet project we are doing. See? I know how to leave the job at home.

Being chained to your computer is not a week off!

I'm too much of a math nerd to enjoy gambling. Since I know that I'm not going to win statistically speaking I have none of that anticipatory pleasure of wondering whether I'm going to win. On the odd chance that I win a little I just marvel at the exception that proves the rule.

I tend to play the lottery with a Schrödinger's cat attitude. If I don't check my ticket, I could be the winner. It makes it slightly more bearable.

Which beach? I ask because I can visualize many of them around there. Going swimming in the bay?

Probably will hit the Bayfield / Washburn side and go to Friendly Beach. Tomorrow we are picking up two of my great nephews and joining a bunch of family members for the parade / picnic/ fireworks thing. Then Tuesday i am taking my 16 year old niece kayaking or tubing or canoeing, we have not decided which yet...or maybe to madeline island to ride the mopeds... or bicycles. Pictures will happen!

Jezzi, dearest one, please, please be careful about giving plans with locations. I am sure by far most people here are positive people, or not interested in causing people harm, but I don't want harm to come to anyone, least of all you.

( sorry for being interfering)

You are not interfering you are caring and I love that so much about you. I don't worry about these things, I forget that not everyone is a million miles away! Seriously though? You don't have to worry about it. No one is stalking me online. I have a real life stalker all my own to be concerned with, and he has not found my new living arrangement yet so YAY me.

See, that never made sense.

If the box starts to smell the cat is dead. If you leave The Cat In The Box long enough the cat is dead so basically the only real option is the cat is dead.

You know every Droid I get does this learning curve with it starts to learn my speech patterns and each one develops its own little anomalies. This one randomly capitalizes things as if it's the title of a movie or something.

( edited to reflect Michaels advice)

What is stalking laws where you are? Can you have restraining order or something?

restraining orders don't do anything but piss people off. He has been harmless so far and it has been going on for years. He's an ex, a little psychotic, a little dangerous ( I used to have a thing for the bad boys) and I am sure that one day I will just never see him again. I figure he will piss off the wrong person or group of people and they will just make him disappear.

Now, let's talk about fun stuff!

The Cat In The Box? :D Maybe it thought you were watching a weird variant of the Cat in the Hat?

What he said!! Has no one figured it out yet? I do not live cautiously. I work hard, I play hard, and so far have found not much causes me to not throw caution to the wind. I want to look back on life with a cheesy grin and when someone asks me what I am smiling about a sinple (yes siNple) word, everything, will cover it all.

Ok.

Um.

Um. ( thinking hard)

I'm going to London next week, that's quite fun for me! ( London is a big place so it feels like a safe location to give!). I'm already trying to decide what to wear . It's meant to be warmer then and I've grown unused to urban rush. :D

That sounds like fun!!! I vote sundress, something filmy and flowy yellow!

My Dad and his g/f arrive on 11 July. Flying straight into Chengdu from Brisbane.

Do you like your dad?

Grin-worthy is a good filter. My second midlife crisis.included so many implausible events that now I am a little bit jaded. If I'm not sure I'm going to be grinning about it at 80 years old in the nursing home I don't bother.
