I like the guy from work, not much more. He's a good person, but I don't see myself with him longterm. I've always been upfront with him in letting him know that I'm not looking for a 'serious relationship'.. thats why we kinda went our seperate ways 8 months ago.. he wanted more. I couldn't provide, and still won't. He understands this and is okay.

I won't say that I am in love with my crush, but there is definitly something mutual there. I will wait for him to make sure his life is put back together properly. In the meantime, if either of us want to date others, there's no harm. He was dating someone back when he was still in the bad part of his life, a few months ago. "Whats good for the goose..." ya know? Will I tell him? Only if he asks.

Glad you had a good time. Things turned out to be better than you expected, which I always go into things with an "It could always be worse" attitude. I am soooooo glad that you had a good time. Sounds as if a good time was had by all.

I hope the "crush" gets things straightened out, sounds as though he is making effort (which is about 70% of things like that anyhow) and soon you two can carry on where things were left.

I am also glad for you in that you took that first step, damn sometimes women should ASK a guy out and see how hard it is. Role reversal is hell. I mean it takes alot of courage and guts for some guys, others it is just easy. Personally my motto is "Nothing ventured nothing lost" or "The worst she can say is NO."
