I did a redraw of my earlier attempt at Jadynn Stone. I think last time around I was struggling with some new techniques I was trying to develop. I had the right idea, but this one's closer to realized.

Also, I'm so close to the end of my Summer Lovin' story! This drawing isn't procrastination. It's taking a brief respite from a project that took longer and built up more pages than I ever anticipated. That's what I'm telling myself.

Y'all, my summer lovin' story is FINALLY done. A 20,000 word novelette of more or less hetero-friendly smut. (Two men touch dicks in the context of a blowbang. It's practically Disney by my standards.) Now that it's in the can and awaiting approval, I thought I'd cleanse my palate with some drawing.

This is Queerbunnybabe, looking like a whole meal in the reference photo I used. Like a lot of the drawings in this thread, this is one I've been meaning to do forever and somehow just didn't get to it.

Phew. At long last, my new story is finally up! This is my Summer Lovin' contest entry.

I don't normally draw pictures of people I've made up. (I draw from reference photos, typically of porn performers/nude models/etc.) In this case, I made an exception and drew a picture of someone I made up.

This isn't Sydney, per se--just my own personal idea of what Sydney looks like. I want readers to see their own version of my characters in their heads without me telling them what to see. So this image is for anyone to take or leave.

I try not to fuss too much over ratings and such, but my new story seems to have stabilized at a pretty respectable 4.25, 4.3 ish. I feel pretty good about it, though it is a long one and I'm probably not going to read over the whole thing again any time soon.

This is Mandingo Mike. I'm not a huge fan of the name, but that's what he goes by in some pretty terrific videos from Private Society. At some point, I'm planning on drawing Heidi, his most notable scene partner. Anyway. His body is beautiful and his lustful, domineering attitude is catnip for my libido. I draw him here in a pose with layers of significance, ready and waiting for sexual attention and reclining like a king.

I'm starting to think about Halloween and the holidays, and therefore Halloween and holiday story ideas. But after spending so long on Summer of Sydney ("Out now!" he says, shamelessly), I'm not quite ready to get started yet. So I decided to do some drawing.

This is another one of Carina Shero. This time, I did my best to freehand it. No starting with stick figures, sandbags, etc. I did end up erasing and undoing in a few spots, but I tried to minimize that as well. It's hard to construct the drawing in your head and go straight from blank page from finished line, but it can be learned.

I think I spoke too soon before, because my new story ("Summer of Sydney") started getting some attention again. Probably due to the closing of the Summer Lovin' contest.

At any rate, it fluctuated, settled in again, and it is officially rated hot! Not very many of my stories on Lit have a hot rating, so that's pretty exciting for me.

Speaking of hot, here's a drawing of Lisa Tiffian. This is another freehander, with no construction or prep work of any kind. Just drawing straight onto a blank page, hence the sketchy look.

I've started work on a story for Halloween. Here's hoping that it achieves similar popularity with the Literotica audience.

By my guesstimation, I'm roughly halfway to a draft of my next story, which I'll submit for the Literotica Halloween event. Between you, me, and the Hitachi in my bedside drawer, it's a psychological drama called "Role Play."

Since it's going to be a while, I decided to do some more drawing. This is my second attempt at a sequential drawing, after my comic strip of Stella Daniels and Finny. The subject is Heidi Cummins, mainly of Private Society fame.

I think Heidi's pornography is absolutely wonderful--the exact aesthetic I shoot for with most of my stories. Balefully lit and unafraid of the things bodies do during sex, just unapologetically grimy. Her understated beauty and the bloom of her proportions over the years have captured my imagination.

This is Cole Church. I tried to capture the way the chiaroscuro lighting fell with such strong direction on the strip of frontal nudity that peeked through the front of his open bathrobe. This is one of my favorite sexual scenarios--coming in to find a lover in an uncinched robe with nothing on underneath, somehow seeming even more naked than if they'd had nothing on at all.

As celebration, here's a new sketch of Codi Vore. Some time ago, she got her first tattoo, and apparently got some crap for it from fans who believe for some reason that tattoos ruin beautiful bodies.

I disagree. Tattoos are wonderful precisely because bodies are beautiful. Why not decorate them? One of the ways we maintain agency over our own bodies is by putting our own design on ourselves.

This drawing is a celebration, of Codi Vore, of her new tattoo, of her body (which remains beautiful; anyone who says otherwise is obviously out of their mind), and, of course, my new story.

So it's been a minute since I posted any drawings!

I've actually been busy writing. (Nominally, that's what I do here.) I've posted one new story, "Achievement Unlocked," a confessional-style tale about an anal-curious guy who levels up his masturbation routine.

I've also been hard at work on my holiday story, which I'm provisionally titling "Gift of the Magi."

In the meantime, here are some doodles of Chloe B, the strawberry blonde superstar of Australian porn production companies like Abby Winters and Girls Out West. I love her long limbs, her large, soft build, her overall girl next door vibe, and her down for anything attitude.

Ugh. I may be hitting a snag with my winter holiday story. I'm still into it, but life is picking up the pace and I still have so much work to do on it. I may just shelve it and put an eye towards the next writer's challenge, which looks to be the Pink Orchid contest. Oh well. If I do, I'm sure I'll dust it off and work on it again someday.

Whatever the case, here's a new drawing. It seems like larger women are welcome in porn, but feel pressure to either hide or downplay their round bellies. This may be by selective positioning, keeping a shirt on below their exposed breasts, or whatever else it takes to create the semi-mythological woman who stores fat everywhere except her middle.

I chose Sofia Rose and April Flores for my subjects today because they both have lovely B bellies (a shape that seems especially excluded from porn) and are unshy about showing them prominently in their work. They're a feast for the senses.

A touch of melancholy from losing/postponing my current story. I've chosen to console myself by revisiting an old favorite: Siri (now known as Siri Dahl), one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen and who has blessed the world with innumerable images and videos.

Since I was feeling nostalgic, this is based on her early days, with her soft body and bleach blonde hair. More recently, she's made a comeback with slightly reduced breasts, more tattoos, and a figure toned from power lifting. I may have to revisit her with another drawing.

Those who have looked at some of my other drawings may presume that my taste in people's bodies is, ahem, maximal. Fair enough, but I appreciate all kinds of bodies and body parts, including those small and sweet. At the moment, I'm particularly in love with Savannah Solo's tiny butt.

Also, I started work on a new story! I'm not sure what it's called yet, but I might submit it for the Pink Orchid story event. It's moving much faster than the last one. (Partly because it's more off the cuff and less ambitious.) It'll be done pretty soon.

I usually lay in gray tones at the sketching phase, then use hatching in the finished drawing. Here, I left the grays in so I could lean on black for the background and the tattoos.

Fascinating news: I just finished my new story, much sooner than expected. And, since the inciting incident involves an unwanted gift, it took only slight reworking to turn it into a Christmas story.

Which means I have a submission for the holiday event, baybee! And just a few days shy of the deadline.

Technically, the drawing I put up in the Valentine's challenge thread is my first drawing of 2024. But, since I always have to be difficult, I'm ruling that one out on the technicality that it's a prompted illustration of a story, not a standalone piece.

This is my real first drawing of 2024. It takes inspiration from a few different people, but I'm considering this an original character who is primarily a product of my imagination. Lately, I've been stepping out of my comfort zone by departing from my usual uniform line weight.

Okay, so I'm now finding myself in a dilemma with my current story, which I was hoping to submit for the Valentine's Day challenge. The deadline is fast approaching, but there's still so much to be done.

I can either speed up the process and probably end up with a worse story as a result, or I can accept that I'm not going to hit the deadline and give it the time and attention it takes to do it right.

Obviously, I'm doing the latter. For one thing, there are life changes happening at home that have thrown an additional wrench into my writing time. For another, I really like the story I've got cooking.

So look forward to "Gift of the Magi," release date officially TBD.

Anyway, I've also decided to do more drawings in 2024. I'm flirting with the idea of modifying my usual approach of drawing real people (nude models, porn performers, etc.) and focusing more on imagination.

And who knows? I hear the main site is working again for art submissions. Maybe I'll start uploading the things I've posted here.

I'm often captivated by the way some people with bigger body types carry their abundance. Like teardrops caught in the middle of joining together.

I've been continuing with experimenting with more of a painting style look, which I have very little experience in. (I've always been a line drawer.) This time, I added a single color overlay, to try to warm up the skin tones a bit.

This is a self-portrait of sorts. I'm not as attractive as either of these people, but I've spent my entire life in search of this kind of pure unmitigated vulnerability. And--I'm sorry if this is TMI--but there doesn't seem to be any limit to how much I can take, as long as it's shaped like a dick. I love my body. I love how it can still surprise me.

I like to think sex can be a way of understanding life. You never know what you're capable of unless you try.
