I don't know what your wife (or you) likes, but maybe you should try this:

Tell her she can't have any orgasms until you say so. Be nice and realistic about it and slowly make it a longer and longer time between her orgasms. Then when you are having sex, tell her she has to ask you if she can orgasm if she feels she is about to.

Just a suggestion, but it's something I really love my man for doing to me.
