I objectify women.
I look at them as objects; sexual and sensual objects.
These are women I have never met AND the ones I know.
The women I know I also subjectify... I get to know them and like or hate them (sometiimes both). I love many of them. I am in Love with one of them.
The woman I am in Love with I can (and do) still see as a beautiful "object", but far more richly than just that. I am a visual man. I am not merely that. I am certainly "turned on" by visuals, just as much as I can be "turned off" by personalities (and the reverse of both).
I objectify men as well... perhaps not so much sexually as sensually.
There are both men and women who I do NOT find appealing to look at...yet I might still objectify them as..."studies"... as characters...I love some of those people as well.
There is a great deal of societal "training" behind this as well as primal instincts.
I am just pondering myself. Feel free to comment...I am not looking for answers or explanations.
