Chief Judge Sentelle is the most activist judge in American jurisprudence today. He was the judge who said the Clinton administration couldn't be trusted to investigate Whitewater, so he appointed Ken Starr after consulting Republican senators.

Interesting how the Washington Times takes great pains to identify the judges by their title, but President Obama is "Mr. Obama".

The opposition party always bitches when the president makes recess appointments. Not only that but the bitching is repeated verbatim every time, regardless of party and regardless of the appointment. "It's unconstitutional! It's a breech of checks and balances! It's against the will of the American people! It's an executive overreach!".

How could any of this possibly be news to you?
