The Obama administrations National Park System is responsible for determining when the peak cherry blossoms will happen. Today they delayed the peak for two weeks.

I don't know what's going on with these jack-booted thugs. The civil society deserves cherry blossoms and Obama doesn't seem to care. The arrogance of this administration is parsimonious and benighted.

Congress assembled should not stand for this heretofore outrage.
