Hello, Rogue, great to see you, there's been something of a dearth of shady goods of late, I feel *taps fingers on the desk* I've missed your little duckie. (Did I spell that right?)

I'm much better now, thank you, but now I've infected you I shall have to do my 'angel of mercy' thing. Let me consult the list: cool towel, hot toddy, seamed stockings, short skirt... Hang on, am I supposed to be raising your temperature or lowering it? :D

Hello Lady Numi. The fuzz is after my duckie and I so we've been hiding out. We were pleasantly surprised by the roominess of your attic. Horrible lighting though so not many picture opportunities. I know, you thought it was a spirit knocking around up there. Nope. No spirit (just some of willing flesh ;)).

Angel away Numi (but having a fever leads to easy "Wow you're hot" jokes :D). You're the nurse (I'll be the doctor later) which means you decide to raise or lower my temperature. Of course the sooner my fever breaks the better right (and the sooner we play Doctor)? Of course dressing as the naughty nurse ensures the raising of other things.

Cheers

P.S. Raising of eyebrows. You randy Brits!

I don't think boys have chests like that unless they have been on anti-psychotic medication.

Chests.... *giggles* I haven't heard it called that it a while!

I've been in Canada for nearly twenty-four hours now, skowt. Loving the accents, the friendliness, the sunshine, bit short on maple syrup experiences so far ;)

Last night I didn't understand the 'glass of wine' sizes. 6oz, 9oz, it's all millilitres in the UK and Europe. "Ah', says the waiter, "just think of it like this - 6oz is what you'll get in a bar, but 9oz is what you'd pour yourself at home". Brilliant! (I went for the 9oz ;))

Oh, so that's you and your duckie up there! I thought you were mice ;) In truth, there is definitely something in my loft which scrabbles and scratches from time to time. I've always managed to avoid thinking about it too much, but now I'll just assume it's you :rose: Or bats. It could be bats... :D If the fuzz come, that's what I'll tell them ;)

Doctors and nurses. OK, provided you warm your *ahem* 'stethoscope'

P.S. Randy. What a lovely word that is. Conveys the playfulness and giggling associated with naughtiness rather well, I'd say :)

Phew! And thank you, papadoc  My voice has just about returned to normal now too ;)

Very glad to hear that, Numi :D

Temporarily Canadian? Are you going to become a Canucks fan? *Picturing you wearing just a hockey jersey* ;)

Oh, I've always been a fan of the Canuck.... They're going to let me stay a couple of weeks, I hope :D

Aren't the hockey jerseys enormous, with great shoulder pads underneath? Plus I'm kind of short, I don't think you'd see much more than a head sticking out between the shoulder pads and feet sticking out the bottom  :D

*Chuckles*...no there aren't any great shoulder pads underneath unless you are playing on the ice...thinking it would be more like a short sleep shirt for you stopping at your thighs...;)

Lovely Numi and H, welcome to Canada!
Always go for e 9oz glass! I hope you two are enjoying yourselves in my fair country;) I can't wait to hear all the details!

💋

'Sleep shirt'? Oh no, I'm in agreement with Marilyn Monroe on this one, just a dab of scent and I'm all set to slip between the sheets. No shirt required. And sometimes not much sleep either...

Hello, lovely! It's been fabulous so far, thank you, lovely people, gorgeous food, even sunshine! And fantastic wine. 9oz, yes. Good advice :D

Had lunch on Granville Island today, the market is incredible. If we weren't going up to Whistler on the bus I'd have bought loads to take up with us...

You in the nude is always preferable, Numi ;)

That's kind of my default state, papadoc... I do like to be naked whenever possible. In fact, on arrival here in Whistler the apartment was lovely and warm, so I did all my unpacking in the nude...
