OK I got past the 100 posts and now I would like to know how to get a pic or avatar on my site? Any help?

Are you asking how to get an avatar under your name when you post? If so, find what pic you want, make sure it fits Lit's size (150x150, right?), then access your control panel. From there you can add an avatar.
