In publishing, I think POD is Print On Demand (for those wishing a phyical copy of the story).

:rose: :rose: (For you and the gosling)

edited to correct to gosling.

POD is "Print on Demand"- Depending on where you print it, you may or may not have to pay a fee.

Colly, don't POD your work. Submit it to real publishers. POD is murky water, some people consider it vanity press, others insist that is not. POD has a hard time being taken seriously.

Your story is marked both HOT and editor's choice. What does it take to make you feel confident?

Oh, about the original Question, although it's already been answered. I posted my novel both ways. First I posted the whole thing, but I got frustrated with lack of feedback, so I broke it up and posted it as chapters doing just a little bit of editing as I posted each section.

I posted the whole novel under the whole name: Imperfect Beauty.

I posted the chapters under a shorter version: Imperfect.

Yeah, what's it going to hurt to try, Colleen? Really.

Time for another bump.

"You're as stubborn as the the Mississippi is long" -- so sayth my beloved aunt, and she did know me.

This was my thread to try to nudge sweet Colleen to be brave, in one of the few ways she wasn't brave, and send her work to the larger world.

Last post, to press like a flower into the book of my memories...
