As we, all know (like I didn't just learn this a week or so ago) the Great Conjunction shall be happening on November the 12th and since I've spent the last three months working without a single day off I've decided this is as good as any. (Especially since my boss says I have to take one before 12/15)

Anywho, I'll be hanging with a friend of mine and he suggested we take some Ecstasy. Said friend takes it about once a month and thinks it's the best stuff since sliced bread.

Now, I've never taken a drug and I'm not certain I will be but I was wondering, as anyone had experiences, good or bad, with this stuff?

Well with most pharmaceuticals, you read the back of the packet, the dosage rate, the list of ingredients, the batch #, the makers address ( in case of complaint ), the use by date, etc. Where the clinical trials have been done and the Gov't licence #.

If your E-tablet doesnt have any of those, then you're just going to have to hope that the makers quality controls are up to standard, He knows how to use a weigh scales? That the maker knows basic hygiene standards, ie washing his hands between wiping his ass and handling the product. And that he hasn't run short of an ingredient and put in what ever was lying around at the time.
A lot of the problems with these drugs are caused by what they have been contaminated / mixed with.

The local news has done a couple of stories recently about ecstasy overdoses, and substitution of other drugs like GBH (date rape drug) in the tablets.

BTW, I've never done drugs. I was around Marijuana enough in Vietnam to know I was allergic to it, and could trip out far enough with self-hypnosis to scare myself.

If you consider alcohol a drug, then I lied above. I'm a Reformed Lush. I reformed because I got tired of hangovers and asking my friends if I had fun.

Once I got old and wised up about drinking, I realized that If I had done drugs my addictive personality would have led me to destroy myself.

The only person who knows you well enough to determine if you can handle it is you, provided you don't succumb to false bravado and assume that nothing bad can happen "just once"

At least once or twice a week I hear on the news about a overdose from GBH and Ecstasy.

There was 3 boys convicted of 2nd degree murder here in Mid-Michigan a couple of months ago,for giving a girl an overdose of GBH.

You don't have to get all Fucked Up to have a good time with your friend.Just relax and have fun.

I have alot of friends that do "E" and love it ....they say it is great ......I myself have not yet tried it but I would like to also but there are high risks to it you may do it one time and be fine and the 2nd time just drop dead from it......DON'T foget this.............

The Good and Bad of the Infamous E

First...the good. From what I am told (Y'all know how innocent I am) E makes every nerve ending in your body simply orgasmic. With your hand still 3 inches from the table, you can "feel" its surface. Every touch is a new experience, every orgasm a religious awakening.

Now...the bad. Most E is made with some form of heroin. It is mixed in with all the other ingredients and then made into tablets. The bad part about this being that unless it is mixed thoroughly, and I mean very thoroughly, you aren't quite sure how much heroin (or any other of the ingredients) are in your particular tablet. This basically means that you can OD on something from one tablet while your friend gets no affect whatsoever from a tablet made out of the same batch. All in all..not a very exact science.

Yes.. I have... Ecstasy is a holusinagenic..(oops) and it can cause major side effects if not take right.. like death, coma... shakes or just some cool images.. it works on the same idea as shrooms or coke... Ecstasy is also know as the date rape drug... be careful where you use it and how much... if you plane on using it try very little at first.. Or you can be writing your nexted thread from a hospital bed... IF you have any inquires about it... most police stations (in canada in was) have a web site that can explain to you what it is or you can look it up on the net... not something you want to really play with.. my adivce to you(this is from someone who as tried almost everything) don't touch it..

One thing you have to watch out for when you take ecstasy is to make sure you don't dehydrate. Sip about half a litre of water (fruit juice and energy sports drinks are good too) every hour. Make sure that you sip it over the hour, not just gulp it down in one go, as this may have the opposite effect and cause you to retain too much liquid, which ain't good. Also, try to keep your salt levels up by eating salty foods aswell. Besides often causing overheating in its users, ecstacy has other negative effects. You should not use it if you have breathing or heart problems, epilepsy or if you are on anti-depressants. Also, a very small percentage of the population are *very* sensitive to the drug, and just one dose can kill them. Long-term use can also lead to certain areas of the brain not functioning properly, though not much is actually know about it. And also, ecstacy is not a hallucinogen, at least as far as I know.

By the way, GBH is a drug which has similar effects to ecstasy in that it makes them more sociable and laid-back. It is also know as 'liquid ecstacy', as it usually is sold as a liquid in bottles though it can come in a powder or tablet. The higher the dose you take the more negative the effects will be, such as vomiting, disorientation and even fits. At seriously high doses there is a chance the user may slip into a coma.

a very dangerous drug, that can be easily slipped into an alcoholic drink <alcohol covers the bitter aftertase of the drug> They person who imbibes it, can experience unaccountable sleepiness, and black-outs. Like I said a very dangerous drug.
