"On 07/17/22 at approximately 1512 hours, AST received multiple reports of two individuals engaged in sexual conduct, outside of a vehicle, on the entrance ramp to the Glenn Hwy at Reflections Lake. AST responded and found the individuals still outside the vehicle. Investigation revealed Richard Buckley, age 40 of Connecticut, and Christine Lampe, age 29 of Point Lay, knowingly exposed their genitals to multiple motorists passing by, to include a minor under the age of 16. Per the current bail schedule, both parties were issued summons for Indecent Exposure II and Disorderly Conduct and released. Anyone who witnessed this is encouraged to contact AST dispatch at 352-5401."
