Blame the fucking Americans who said they were going to Alaska and got caught site seeing in Banff national park or else where.

Now it's up to $750,000 fine and three years in jail, if you are given permission to travel through Canada to Alaska from one of the 5 valid entrance points and get caught not taking the direct route...
