That's an odd wording. Do you mean that North Korea should launch ballistic missiles at the US on the same day as Iran launches missles at Israel?

Judging from their missile tests, N. Korea has few functioning missles and none that can reach the US. Iran probably would be able to hit Israel, unless their anti missile defense system is even better than expected.

I'm sure it's proper missile terminology, but how do you send something incoming? When you send something, isn't it supposed to go away from you?
