Nor Trump Wants to Destroy Hollywood

He understands that Americans get their history from Hollywood, and he doesn't want Americans to see films that show things in a different light to the one he chooses. Control the media and you control the people. Every coup starts with taking over the media. The idea is to stop TV and Cinemas showing films like Their Finest Hour or The Quiet American.

There've been a few like that. American Sniper was great.

Big thing is, its an international industry with international talent. Great directors don't grow on trees. Something like Lord of The Rings for example - made gazillions for US investors in that series, buit almost all filmed in New Zealand. American Samurai was another.....look at the companies used in movies as well as the locations and they're all over. They used Toronto a lot, or Vancouver, for San Francisco or New York - far to dangerous to film in some of those US locations LOL

In ideological terms, the CCP has less influence in Hollywood than the Freemasons. They might go there scouting for movie talent, but they don't even try to convert anyone to Marxism.

In fact, they don't try to convert anyone, anywhere in the world. Since the Vietnam War ended, the PRC has given no support at all to Communist movements in other countries.
